Goodbye Ron Paul, Hello Senator Obama?
February 10, 2008 by drsubrotoroy
Ron Paul seems to have all but thrown in the towel and gone back to surviving in his Congressional seat. There is a case to be made that he may want to give up his seat and retire from politics at this stage, becoming an icon instead and a mentor in the Libertarian movement. But in any case that does not help guide his millions of US supporters or the many people around the world who were encouraged by his candidacy. Where do they turn? Some will vote Libertarian perhaps. But if the main reason for supporting RP was his anti-war plank, it may seem Barak Obama is the least bad choice available. John McCain seems all ready to fight new wars and Hillary Clinton is the darling of the military -industrial complex. It is sad to say Goodbye Ron Paul, Hello Senator Obama.
Namaste,
My name is Rama Brooks, and I am a volunteer with the State of Washington’s Ron Paul 2008 Campaign Head Quarters here in Seattle, Washington.
I was a temporary PCO at the Bothell 0257 Precinct’s Caucus meeting for the Republican Party last Saturday. Each one of us who are part of the Ron Paul Revolution took count of total delegates and which candidate they support. From those numbers, we have came up with a count that shows Ron Paul beating all other Republicans by a 3 to 1 margin.
Ron Paul has won the State of Washington! Spokane County which has the city of Spoakne (the 3rd largest city in Washington State) has declared Ron Paul as having 60% of the delegates/vote.
Ron Paul has campaigned in person more times in the Seattle area than ALL Republican and Democrat candidates combined.
Ron Paul has won the 20 delegates from the State of Washington’s Caucus. We are eagerly looking forward to the primary on Feb 19th to win the remaining 20 delegates.

It’s not just the US Federal Reserve Bank that’s the problem.
Ron Paul and his supporters are continuing to spread his message. He has not given up on the USA and neither should anyone else!
Please pass the above information along!
Thanks,
